These photos show the summer side of the valley on Jackson Hole, Wide Open, our six-day small-group trip for solo travelers in Wyoming. The trip begins at Alpine House in Jackson with a sunrise wildlife drive through Grand Teton National Park, looking for moose in the willow flats and bison on Antelope Flats.

Day three offers a choice between a scenic float down the Snake River and a guided hike to Taggart and Bradley Lakes. The group then moves north to Turpin Meadow Ranch for horseback riding or fly-fishing, and finishes with a backcountry hike in the southern Tetons, climbing about 2,000 feet to a divide at 9,197 feet with views of the Grand Teton.
