Day 1
Afternoon arrivals and check-in at Le Petit Hôtel Notre Dame leave time to drop bags and get your bearings before the group comes together. Dinner is at Auberge Saint-Gabriel, one of North America's oldest standing inns, dating to 1754, in the heart of Old Montreal. A private room lets the group settle in together over a seasonal Quebec menu.

Day 2
After breakfast, the group rides out with Fitz & Follwell Co. on a four-hour small-group e-bike tour: up Frederick Law Olmsted's switchback path on Mount Royal to the Kondiaronk Belvedere for the city's best skyline view, then down through the Plateau and Mile End on quiet side streets and laneways.
The afternoon is open, then the group reconvenes for a private hands-on cooking class with Ateliers & Saveurs at their Time Out Market location — one of Montreal's longest-running culinary schools, built around a seasonal Quebec menu the group cooks and then eats together.

Day 3
A late-morning guided walk moves through Place d'Armes, Notre-Dame Basilica, the Old Port, and Rue Saint-Paul, with six or more tastings woven in along the way — the history and the food arriving in the same breath.
The rest of the afternoon is deliberately unplanned, and dinner is on your own — a night to follow whatever the walk made you curious about, alone or with whoever else is going that way.

Day 4
The final full day opens with the water circuit at Bota Bota, the floating spa moored in the Old Port — a repurposed ferry where the thermal cycle of hot, cold, and rest runs with the river and the city skyline right there through the windows. It is the one morning built for slowing all the way down.
The afternoon is left open on purpose — time for the museum you noticed on the bike ride, a long lunch in Mile End, the Old Port on foot, or simply nothing at all.
The trip closes at Toqué!, in a private dining room, over the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing available. Chef Normand Laprise's restaurant has anchored Quebec's fine-dining scene since 1993, built entirely around the province's small farmers, foragers, and fishers — a fitting last table for the group before departure.

Day 5
The trip closes with breakfast at Le Petit Hôtel Notre Dame, unhurried downtime, and late-morning check-out. The group then transfers together to Montréal–Trudeau Airport, timed for arrival around midday so travelers can make their way home after the final morning together.
